AIforCFO.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Palimala Ventures Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201833152R), a Singapore-registered company with its registered office at 10 Anson Road, #22-02 International Plaza, Singapore 079903 ("PMV", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using this Site and our Services (defined below), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

1.Agreement

1.1 By using the Site and/or Services, you represent and warrant that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.
If accessing on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to bind that entity.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at our discretion. Updates to these Terms will be posted on the Site and are effective immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Definitions

Account: A registered account on AIforCFO.com.
Content: All materials, resources, videos, documents, templates, or other information made available through the Site.
Course Materials: All Content available through the Site and Services, including but not limited to courses, videos, audio recordings, written materials, templates, spreadsheets, case studies, frameworks, tools, graphics, logos, and other resources.
Services: Online courses, workshops, programs, resources, and related features provided by AIforCFO.com.
User: Any individual or organisation accessing the Site or Services.

3.Services

3.1 The Site provides access to:

Online courses and cohort-based programs.
Workshops, case studies, downloadable resources, and templates.
Newsletters and related finance/AI content.

3.2 Certain Services may require Account registration and payment.

3.3 PMV reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any Services or Course Materials at any time without prior notice. PMV may update course content to reflect new information or developments, remove outdated content, discontinue specific courses or programs, or change the format or delivery method of Services. PMV is not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of Services.

4.User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes.
Upload or share infringing, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services.
Misrepresent your identity or use another person's Account without authorisation.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Your Account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals. You agree not to:

Share your Account login credentials with any other person or entity
Allow others to access Course Materials through your Account
Create multiple Accounts to circumvent access restrictions or pricing
Use a single Account for multiple users within an organisation (contact PMV for organisational licensing options)

Violation of this provision may result in immediate Account termination without refund.

5.Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Content

All Content available through the Site and Services, including but not limited to courses, videos, audio recordings, written materials, templates, spreadsheets, case studies, frameworks, tools, graphics, logos, and other resources (collectively, "Course Materials"), is and remains the exclusive property of PMV or its licensors. All Course Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and international treaties.

5.2 Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, PMV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Course Materials.

5.3 Permitted Use

You may:

Access and view Course Materials through your Account
Download materials explicitly designated as downloadable for offline personal study
Take notes and create personal summaries for your own educational use
Use templates and tools within your own organisation for internal business purposes only (not for resale or external client work)

5.4 Prohibited Use

You expressly agree NOT to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any Course Materials in any way
Share, sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise transfer Course Materials to any third party
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Course Materials
Use Course Materials to create, develop, or offer competing courses, training programs, or educational services
Upload, post, or make Course Materials available on any website, social media platform, file-sharing service, or public repository
Use screen recording, screen capture, or similar technologies to record video or audio content (except where explicitly permitted for specific downloadable resources)
Share your Account credentials or allow others to access Course Materials through your Account
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, download, or extract Course Materials
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or tools provided through the Services
Use artificial intelligence tools to repurpose, recreate, or generate derivative content based on Course Materials
Incorporate Course Materials into your own products, services, or client deliverables for commercial purposes

5.5 Downloaded Materials

For any Course Materials that you are permitted to download:

PMV retains all ownership rights, and the downloaded materials remain PMV's property
Your license to use downloaded materials is subject to all restrictions in Section 5.4
Downloaded materials may contain digital watermarks, tracking codes, or other technological protection measures
You may not remove, disable, or circumvent any such protection measures
Your license to use downloaded materials terminates immediately upon termination of your Account or breach of these Terms

5.6 License Termination and Material Deletion

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, or upon PMV's request if you breach these Terms:

Your license to access and use all Course Materials immediately terminates
You must immediately cease all use of Course Materials
You must permanently delete all downloaded Course Materials from your devices and storage systems
You must certify in writing, if requested by PMV, that you have complied with these deletion obligations
PMV reserves the right to remotely disable access to any Course Materials, including previously downloaded materials, where technically feasible

5.7 Enforcement and Remedies

You acknowledge and agree that:

Unauthorised use of Course Materials causes irreparable harm to PMV for which monetary damages are an insufficient remedy
PMV is entitled to seek injunctive relief and specific performance to prevent or remedy any breach of this Section 5
In addition to injunctive relief, PMV may seek monetary damages, including but not limited to the greater of (a) actual damages, (b) statutory damages, or (c) liquidated damages of SGD $10,000 per instance of unauthorised distribution or commercial use
You will be liable for all costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by PMV in enforcing its intellectual property rights
PMV may pursue all available legal remedies under Singapore law and international intellectual property treaties

5.8 Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorised use, distribution, or infringement of PMV's Course Materials by third parties, you agree to promptly notify PMV at [email protected] with details of the infringement.

5.9 User Submissions

If you submit any content, feedback, suggestions, or materials to PMV (collectively, "User Submissions"), you grant PMV a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Submissions for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6.Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees and Payment

All fees for Services are stated in the currency displayed at checkout (typically SGD or USD)
Fees are payable in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; PMV does not store your credit card or payment information
You authorise PMV to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and governmental charges

6.2 Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan option:

You authorise PMV to charge your payment method according to the payment schedule
Failure to make any scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access to Services
The full amount remains due even if you stop using the Services
No refunds will be provided for payments already made under a payment plan

6.3 Price Changes

PMV reserves the right to modify pricing for Services at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed but will apply to future purchases.

6.4 Refund Policy

6.4.1 Self-Paced Online Courses

For self-paced online courses, PMV offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course content
Refunds will not be granted if you have downloaded more than 3 downloadable resources or templates from the course
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
You may only request one refund per 12-month period; repeated refund requests may result in denial and/or account termination

6.4.2 Live Cohort-Based Programs and Workshops

For live cohort-based programs and workshops:

You may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the program start date
You may request a full refund up to 24 hours after the first live session, provided you have not accessed any downloadable materials
After the first live session (beyond 24 hours), no refunds will be provided, but you may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort subject to availability and a transfer fee

6.4.3 One-on-One Coaching and Consulting

For one-on-one coaching or consulting services:

You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session
After your first session, you may cancel remaining sessions for a prorated refund minus a 20% administrative fee
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

6.4.4 Downloadable Resources and Templates (Standalone)

Standalone downloadable resources, templates, and digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

6.4.5 Membership and Subscription Services

For recurring membership or subscription services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
You will retain access to Services until the end of your current billing period

6.4.6 Exceptions and Exclusions

No refunds will be provided:

After the applicable refund period has expired
If you have violated these Terms
For purchases made during promotional periods or using discount codes (unless otherwise stated)
If PMV determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the refund policy

6.4.7 Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
Include your order number, purchase date, and brief reason for the refund request
PMV will review your request and respond within 5 business days
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or payment processor fees associated with the refund

6.4.8 Effect of Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

Your access to the applicable Course Materials will be immediately terminated
You must comply with all obligations in Section 5.6 (License Termination and Material Deletion)
Any certificates or credentials earned will be revoked
You may not re-purchase the same course or program at a discounted rate

6.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting PMV to resolve the issue:

Your Account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, you will be liable for the disputed amount plus a SGD $100 administrative fee
Repeated unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action

6.6 Currency and Conversion

If you pay in a currency other than SGD, the amount charged may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and fees imposed by your payment provider or financial institution. PMV is not responsible for any such variations or fees.

7.Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" and "As Available"

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee of Access or Results

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from use of the Site or Services.

7.3 Not Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, financial, technical, or legal advice. Users should seek independent advice where necessary.

7.4 No Earnings or Results Guarantee

PMV makes no representations or guarantees regarding the results you may achieve from using the Services or Course Materials. Your results will depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to your individual skills, experience, dedication, business acumen, market conditions, and factors beyond PMV's control.

Any earnings figures, financial results, testimonials, or case studies presented on the Site or in Course Materials represent exceptional results and are not typical. You should not expect to achieve similar results. These examples are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

PMV does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, career advancement, or business results
Success in implementing course concepts requires substantial effort, skill, and favourable circumstances
Past performance or results of other users are not indicative of future results
You are solely responsible for your own business and financial decisions

7.5 Not Professional Financial Advice

The Content and Services provided through the Site are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. PMV is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or investment advisor.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Nothing on the Site or in Course Materials should be construed as personalised professional advice
PMV is not acting as your fiduciary, advisor, or agent
You should consult with qualified licensed professionals (such as CPAs, financial advisors, or attorneys) before making any financial, business, tax, or legal decisions
PMV is not responsible for any decisions you make based on Course Materials
Course Materials may not reflect the most current legal, regulatory, or industry developments
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

7.6 Instructor Credentials and Content Basis

Course instructors' credentials, qualifications, and experience are provided for informational purposes. While PMV makes reasonable efforts to ensure instructor information is accurate, PMV does not guarantee the accuracy of such information and is not responsible for verifying professional licenses or credentials.

Course Materials are based on instructors' knowledge, experience, research, and opinions. PMV does not independently verify all information presented in Course Materials and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

7.7 Content Currency and Updates

Financial, technological, and regulatory landscapes change rapidly. Course Materials reflect information current as of the date of creation but may become outdated. PMV has no obligation to update Course Materials to reflect new developments, laws, regulations, or industry practices, though PMV may choose to do so at its discretion.

You are responsible for verifying that information is current and applicable to your specific circumstances before relying on it.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of the Site or Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law (e.g., Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act).

9.Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

10.Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by PMV

PMV may suspend or terminate your access to your Account and Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

You breach any provision of these Terms
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
You abuse the refund policy or initiate unjustified chargebacks
PMV reasonably believes your Account has been compromised
Required by law or legal process

10.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 6.4.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason:

Your access to all Services and Course Materials will immediately cease
All licenses granted under Section 5 will immediately terminate
You must comply with all obligations in Section 5.6 (License Termination and Material Deletion)
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Payments), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnity), and 12 (Governing Law) will survive termination
PMV reserves the right to delete your Account data in accordance with its data retention policies

10.4 No Refund Upon Termination

Except as expressly provided in Section 6.4, termination of your Account does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid. You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination.

11.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMV and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13.Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, and may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. PMV does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. PMV is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services.
